E10 Ghost stories at Christmas?

I have always wondered why there was a lyric in the Christmas song "It's The Most Wonderful Time of the Year" that mentioned "scary ghost stories."  I'll take us "backstage" to the story behind the lyrics in this Backstage Quickie.
